THERAPEUTIC COACHING SESSIONS
DEEP CALIBRATION THERAPY
Deep Calibration Therapy was developed through years of my clinical practice and incorporates techniques from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, neuroscience discoveries and somatic psychology interventions, and rests on philosophical assumptions of depth psychology.
Art plays an important part in my clinical work. Not conventional art therapy, but therapy informed by the wisdom of the many art traditions.
I invite you to book your therapeutic counseling sessions held over the phone, video conference and in person at my office in Bend, Oregon.
Sessions can be held outdoors if desired. We can go on a walk while talking or meet at a quiet space to take in the natural environment (weather permitting).
INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES & FAMILY COUNSELING
Counseling work is distinct in its scope of practice from coaching and psilocybin services. I am currently working to fulfill licensing requirements for an LPC license in Oregon, and am a registered Associate under the clinical supervision of Kenny Wolford, MA, LMFT, LPC.
Space for new counseling clients is limited at this time.
Your narrative, your experience and your goals guide our work together. I will help you clarify what you seek, and help you make use of your own internal strengths to reach your therapeutic goals. No judgment, no pressure. Honest feedback and unconditional positive regard.
We can meet in person at my office in Bend, OR, talk over the phone or a video conference platform.
GROUPS
Expressive Art Collective can be found on MeetUp. Free, casual gatherings at my studio and in public spaces are scheduled regularly. Great for anyone looking to connect over a shared interest in visual arts and creative endeavors as means of self-expression. All levels of art skill are welcome. Come and meet new friends and foster healthy relationships in our community.
Jeanette offers therapeutic groups enhanced by a micro dose of psilocybin at Drop Thesis, a licensed psilocybin service center in Bend, OR.
If you choose to use psilocybin for your group experience (not required), you will have to complete all legally required paperwork at least 24 hours prior to our first group meeting, and the link to the digital form completion platform and support will be provided by the service center. If you wish to purchase psilocybin from Drop Thesis, you will have to pay the cost of product in cash.

As the Psilocybin Facilitator Association (PFA) Program Director at the Psilocybin Assisted Therapy Association (PATA), the first licensed psilocybin facilitator in the USA and the founder of one of the first licensed service centers, I offer insights and guidance for individuals and organizations seeking information about business development, policy considerations and clinical best practices in this field.
